Dennis Oakes
Born on the Wirral, Dennis is self-taught.He is in numerous art groups and paints in pastel,oil,acrylic and watercolour.Dennis was a finalist in The Daily Mail-Not The Turner Prize in London,and has tutored several painting courses in the Lake District. He also does demonstrations and workshops.
