Dennis Oakes
Born on the Wirral, Dennis is self taught. He is in numerous art groups, paints in Acrlic, Pastel Oil, and Watercolour. Dennis was a finalist in The Daily Mail-Not The Turner Prize in London, has tutored several painting courses in the Lake District. He also does demonstrations/ workshops.
