Dennis Oakes
Born on the Wiral, Dennis is self taught. He is in numerous art groups and paints in acrylic, pastel,oil, watercolour. Dennis was a finalist in The Daily Mail-Not The Turner Prize in London and has tutored several painting courses in the Lakes. He also does demonstrations and workshops.
